I experienced some damage to my home during a storm this year and was stressed about the whole process of working with insurance and a contractor to get the work done. Luckily, I was able to work with Macky and Triple B Roofing & Exteriors. They helped me through every step of the process and took a lot of the weight/concerns off of my shoulders. My house looks even better than it did when I purchased it! At Triple B Roofing & Exteriors they really make you feel heard and like family- rather than just another customer. I had an excellent experience with Triple B Roofing & Exteriors LLC! Macky is always professional, on time, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they made the whole process completely stress-free. Not only did I receive the full work-up, new siding, a new roof, and new gutters but they also installed a new storm door that we never had before! The siding crew was friendly, quick, and very thorough. The roofing crew is truly the best in town!! They showed up on time, worked nonstop, communicated clearly, and left everything spotless! Mac helped get my roof replaced over a year ago with amazing results but then yesterday we had a small leak in our bathroom so I reached out to him to see if there was anything he could do. Not only did he respond to me within minutes but he had someone out to fix the issue within a few short hours. He is reliable, loyal, and an all around great guy who is always available to help out where he can! I would recommend him and Triple B to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. At the time, we were in the middle of a paint job and didn’t act right away, but about a month later we contacted Dustin, and he scheduled our roof installation for the next week. His crew worked efficiently, treated our property with respect, and handled everything from consultation to final cleanup with care and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a contractor you can fully trust, but Dustin and Triple B Roofing delivered.
